Instructions
1. Boil water with 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil in a saucepan. Add Penne pasta and let it cook till the pasta become boiled. Drain off the water and let it cool down completely. 2. Add some mozzarella cheese, bell pepper, tomato and sweet corn. Top it with some mixed Italian seasoning and red chilly flakes.3. Now roast it for 10-15 mins. Transfer the cooked dish into the plate.4. Pour some mixed italian seasoning & red chilly flakes.

Seasonings: The seasonings are minimal in this dish. You can spice it up by adding a bit more of crushed black pepper. You can also use white pepper or cayenne pepper.Veggies: My vegetarian recipe of fettuccine alfredo is super simple, but feel free to add your favorite cooked veggies.
