Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 cup Pasta

Batter

  • ½ cup All purpose Flour
  • ¾ teaspoon Salt/according to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Orgeno
  • ½ teaspoon Chilly flakes
  • ½ teaspoon Chilly powder
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • Oil for fry

Instructions
 

  • 1. Take a deep saucepan and combine 2 cups of water,1 tsp oil and salt. Bring to a boil. Add the pasta ,mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 10 to 12 minutes. Drain well, keep aside.
    2. Meanwhile, combine the mixed herbs, garlic powder, chilly powder, cumin powder and salt in a small bowl and mix well. Batter should be in consistency, it would neither too thick nor too thin.
    3. Now place the thin wooden skewers into the pasta one by one. Prepare all the Pasta sticks. You should keep one thing in your mind that place the pasta with the soft hands as the pasta is boiled.
    4. Coat the corn flour over the pasta sticks thoroughly on both sides. It'll create a  crumbly & enhance the texture of pasta.
    5. Now coat the bread crumbs on both sides as it'll make the pasta crunchy. Follow the same procedure of coating with batter & breadcrumbs to all the sticks.
    6. After coating all the sticks, we'll fry it. Fry on medium high flame until it gets golden & crispy. We recommend fry this dish on medium high flame so that the upper layer of pasta will get golden & crispy and the inner side remains soft. After getting golden colour on both sides pick out the pasta from oil.
