Take a dori danda , put 2 piece nutmeg (jaifal) .2. Crush it thoroughly.3. Now place a sauce pan on flame and add 30-40 green cardamoms,5-6 black cardamom, 2 tablespoons black peppercorn, 2 sticks cinnamon & 1tablespoon cloves. Roast this mixture until the fragnance come.4. Afterwards, when this mixture gives fragnance then add 1 tablespoon fennel seeds.5. Now take a medium sized glass bowl and transfer the roasted mixture into it. Add 2 teaspoon dry ginger (sonth) in it.6. Grind the roasted spices. Make sure that spices should be very finely grinded.7. Transfer the ready mixture into air tight container for further use.Your Chai Masala is ready
