Equipments

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice (fresh)
  • ½ Lime (cut into wedges)
  • 12 Mint leaves (fresh+3-4 springs for garnish)
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 small Cucumber (peeled & cubes)
  • Ice cubes
  • ½ cup Lime-flavored sparkling water

Instructions
 

  • Firstly, put cucumber in a jar .
    2. Now add fresh leaves of mint into the jar. Make sure the leaves would be fresh, it will give a good fragrance as well as best taste.
    3. Pour 2 tablespoon lime juice. It will give sour taste to the drink.
    4. Add 2 tablespoon sugar into the jar. Our drink will get some sweet flavor.
    5. Put 1 tsp black salt . It will give salty flavor to the drink.
    6. Append 1 tsp roasted cumin powder. 
    7. Last but not the least pour 1/4 glass of water to blend the mixture.
    ⇒Your blend cucumber mint leaves puree is now ready.
    ⇒Filter the thick puree with the help of big tea filter into the bowl.
    ⇒Your cucumber drink is ready to drink

Notes

  • Add sweetener to taste. You can use sugar, honey, agave syrup, or any other sweetener of your choice.
  • You can taste and adjust the sweetness or acidity by adding more sweetener or lemon juice if desired.
  • Garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh mint and a slice of cucumber if desired.
  • You can also add a pinch of salt or a dash of black salt for a savory twist. Additionally, you can experiment with adding other flavors like ginger or lime for variations in taste.
