Instructions
Firstly take dori danda and put 4-5 black peppercorns, 2-3green cardamom pods, 4-5 cloves & 1 cinnamon stick in it. Beat it withdanda till the spices get crushed.2. Make sure that the spices should be fully beaten up.3. Afterwards, put a pan on flame. Pour 2 cups water and ready spices mixture into it.4. Now add 2 teaspoons sugar or as per required.5. Append 1 teaspoon tea leaves.6. Heat the mixture for about 2 minutes.7. Last but not the least pour 1 cup milk and heat till it boils.8. Transfer the ready tea into the cups.Your Masala Tea is ready to serve.

For an added depth of flavor, consider toasting the whole spices in a dry pan before adding them to the chai. Toasting releases the essential oils in the spices and intensifies their aroma.
Steep the tea leaves for the right amount of time. Over-steeping can result in a bitter taste, while under-steeping may make the tea weak. Follow the recommended steeping time mentioned on the tea packaging or adjust based on your preference.
