Ingredients

  • ½ cup Mint leaves
  • 1 cup Coriander leaves
  • 3-4 Garlic Pods
  • 2 tablespoons Peanuts(salted)
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 2 Green Chilies
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Take a bowl and put 1/2 cup mint leaves & 1 cup coriander leaves in it.
    2. Now add 3-4 garlic pods, 2 tablespoon salted peanuts, 1-inchginger & 2 green chillies.
    3. Append 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1/4 teaspoon chaat masala,1/4 teaspoon salt & 1/4 teaspoon sugar.
    4. Pour 2 teaspoon lemon juice for a tangy twist.
    5. Afterwards add 1/4 cup water. It will help the mixture to blend easily.
    5. Transfer the whole mixture to mixer-grinder.
    6. Blend the mixture until you get a smooth and vibrant green chutney.
    7. Taste the chutney and adjust the spices and seasonings if needed. If you want it spicier, add more green chilies, and if you desire more tang, add extra lemon juice.
    8. Store the chutney in the refrigerator for about a week. However, it's best to consume it fresh for maximum flavor.

  • You can customize the chutney by adding a pinch of sugar for a touch of sweetness or some chaat masala for an extra burst of flavor.
  • Adjust the spiciness by varying the number of green chilies or by removing the seeds.
  • Store the chutney in the refrigerator to preserve its freshness. It can last for up to a week when properly refrigerated.
