Ingredients

  • 4 Green Cardamoms
  • 4 Cloves
  • 1 inch Cinnamon stick
  • 4-5 Black Peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar/as per taste
  • 2 teaspoon Black Tea
  • 1 cup Milk(whole milk)

Instructions
 

  • Initially, take dori danda and put 4 green cardamoms, 4cloves, 1 inch cinnamon & 4-5 black peppercorns.
    2. Crush these herbs to its full extent.
    3. In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Add the crushed herbs in it. Reduce heat and let the spices simmer for about 5 minutes to release their flavors.
    4. Add 1 teaspoon sugar/as per taste.
    5. Add 2 teaspoon black tea to the spice-infused water and let it steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on your desired strength.
    6. Stir well and let the mixture simmer for a few more minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
    7. Once the water reaches your desired flavor and consistency, strain it into cups. Keep these cups aside for further use.
    8. Now prepare the frothy milk to add in it and for that pour 1cup milk in sauce over medium high flame and cook for 3-4 minutes until it gets frothy look.
    9. Last but not the least transfer the frothy milk in prepared tea & spice's water.
    Your Chai Latte is ready to serve
