To make peri peri spice, take a bowl & add 2 tablespoon kashmiri red chili powder, 1 teaspoon spicy red chili powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder & 1 teaspoon dry mango powder.2. Now add 1 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon oregano,1 teaspoon sugar & 1 teaspoon salt.3. Afterward, in a mixer grinder jar, add all the peri peri spice mix ingredients & grind them well to make a fine powder, you can also add all the ingredients in a jar & mix them well by shaking the jar.Your peri peri spice mix is ready.Make Burger Sauce4. Take another bowl and add 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 4 tablespoon tomato ketchup, 1 tablespoon mustard sauce, 1 teaspoon honey, 2 tablespoon red chili sauce, a pinch of black pepper powder.5. Mix it well for smooth texture of sauce.6. Your quick & easy burger sauce is ready.Make Crispy Chicken Patty7. Place the chicken thighs into a chopping board & make holes in chicken with the help of knife as it will help chicken to absorb all the spices well. Then poke 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder, a pinch of black pepper powder, salt to taste, 1 teaspoon lemon juice & 1 tablespoon ginger & garlic paste.8. Mix the chicken well with soft hands so that the sprinkled spices get absorb into the chicken completely and let the chicken marinade for 30 minutes.9. After the chicken has marinade , add refined flour into a large flat bowl or a plate & season it with salt & black pepper powder.10. Further place a piece of chicken into the flour &massage it into the flour to coat it completely.11. Then lift the piece & shake off the excess flour from the chicken & dip it into ice cold water for 5-10 seconds.12. Now drop it back into the refined flour & massage it again in the flour to coat it.13. You will get the perfect crumb & all the crispy crevics by following this step, place the crumbed patty on a plate& crumb the remaining chicken similarly.14. To fry the chicken patties, heat oil until it reaches 170c then drop the chicken carefully into the hot oil& fry until light golden brown & crispy from all sides.15. Once fried, remove the chicken patty from the oil& place it into a sieve so that all the excess oil drips off the sprinkle peri peri over the chicken patty on the both sides while it's still hot.Your crispy chicken patty is ready.Toast the Buns16. Add butter into a hot pan & place the sliced buns cut side down on the pan, press them gently & toast until they get light golden brown & crispy.17. Be sure that roast the buns from both sides as it will give a crunchy taste.Your toasted buns are ready.18. Now transfer roasted buns from pan to chopping board or plate and spread burger sauce on it and then place lettuce, chicken patty &tomato slices on it.19. Cover the whole ingredients and your crispy chicken burger is ready to serve. Serve it hot.Your Crispy Chicken Burger is ready to serve
