Take a glass bowl and add 1 tablespoon red chili powder, 1/2teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon amchur powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon red paprika powder & 1teaspoon oregano.2. Now append 1 teaspoon sugar &1 teaspoon salt.3. Transfer all the mixture into the blender jar and grind it until it get smooth powder form.4. To adjust the heat level, you can decrease or increase the amount of African bird's eye chili or include/exclude the seeds.
Toasting the spices before grinding them can deepen the flavor of the masala.
