Ingredients

For Garlic Butter

  • 100 grams Butter (melted)
  • 2-3 tablespoons Garlic (chopped)

For Pizza Omelette

  • Bread slices as required
  • 4 Eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • A pinch of Black Pepper powder
  • A small handful Fresh Coriander (chopped)
  • 1-2 Green Chilies
  • 1-2 tablespoon Oil
  • Garlic Butter as required
  • ½ cup Pizza sauce
  • ¼ cup Diced Cheese
  • ½ cup Capsicum
  • ½ cup Red Bell pepper
  • ¼ cup Onion
  • ½ bowl Sweet Corn
  • ¼ teaspoon Oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon Chili Flakes

Instructions

  • Firstly take a bowl, append 100 grams melted butter in it and then add 2-3 tablespoons chopped garlic. Mix it well. Garlic butter paste is ready, keep aside for further use.
    2. Now take another bowl, crack 4 eggs. Season with salt, pepper, and any desired Italian herbs or spices.
    3. Whisk them together until well beaten.
    4. Heat 1-2 tablespoon olive oil in a non-stick skillet or frying pan over medium heat.
    5. Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and let them spread out evenly.
    6. Make sure that you should tilt the omelete after sometime otherwise it will burn.
    7. Now place the small pieces of bread onto the omelette. Place the bread pieces as the surface of omelette will disappear.
    8. Afterwards spread the garlic butter paste on it with the help of spatula.
    9. Once cooked , carefully tilt the omelette using wooden spatula and with the help of hand.
    10. After turning the omellete spread the pizza sauce all over.
    11. Spread the diced cheese on it. Make sure the cheese would be chiddar and fully tight.
    12. Sprinkle the sliced onions, sweet corn, tomatoes, sliced bell peppers, (sliced mushrooms, and cooked sausage or bacon) optional evenly over the eggs.
    13. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese once again and oregano & chili flakes over the toppings.
    14. Allow the omelette to cook for a few more minutes until the veggies are fully set and the cheese has melted. You can cover the skillet with a lid to help melt the cheese faster.
    15. After 8-10 minutes, discard the lid and check if the veggies and cheese has been cooked well.
    16. Slide the pizza omelette onto a plate and let it cool for a minute before serving.
    17. Optionally, you can garnish with additional cheese, herbs or toppings like fresh basil leaves or a drizzle of marinara sauce for extra pizza flavor.
Serve the pizza omelette hot and enjoy

Notes

  • If you prefer a gooey and melty cheese layer, you can cover the skillet with a lid or place it under the broiler for a minute or two after adding the cheese. This helps the cheese melt and creates a deliciously cheesy topping.
  • Consider adding fresh herbs or garnishes like chopped parsley, basil, or green onions to add a burst of freshness and vibrant flavors to your pizza omelette. Sprinkle them on top just before serving.
