Soak the sabja seeds in 3/4 of water for 1 hour.2. When the seeds swell and become plump, using a fine strainer, drain the water and set the soaked sabja seeds aside.3. Take a serving glass and add 2 tablespoons of Rooh Afza syrup to it. Also add the soaked sabja seeds.4. Add a few ice cubes to the glass to chill the sarbath further.5. Pour 1 cup of chilled water into the glass.6. Stir the mixture well until the Rooh Afza syrup is completely dissolved in the water.7. Optionally, you can garnish the sarbath with fresh mint leaves for added aroma and presentation.8. Stir the sarbath once again to mix the flavors evenly.9. Your Rooh Afza Sarbath is ready to be enjoyed!Serve it immediately and savor the refreshing and aromatic taste.
