  • When the seeds swell and become plump, using a fine strainer, drain the water and set the soaked sabja seeds aside.
  • Take a serving glass and add 2 tablespoons of Rooh Afza syrup to it. Also, add the soaked sabja seeds.
  • Add a few ice cubes to the glass to chill the sabbath further.
  • Pour 1 cup of chilled water into the glass.
  • Stir the mixture well until the Rooh Afza syrup is completely dissolved in the water.

Optionally, you can garnish the sharbat with fresh mint leaves for added aroma and presentation.
