Ingredients

  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 cup Cold Water
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Start by taking about 1 cup of fresh plain yogurt (curd) in a mixing bowl.
    Whisk it well.
    2. Add 2 cup cold water to the yogurt. The ratio of yogurt to water depends on your preference for thickness.
    3. Append salt to taste.
    4. Give the mixture a final whisk to incorporate all the ingredients and to give frothy look.
    5. If you want to enhance the aroma and freshness, you can finely chop some mint leaves and coriander leaves, and add them to the chaas. This step is optional but highly recommended.
    Pour the chaas into glasses.
    Your Chilled Chaas is ready
