  • Now the filtered smooth puree is ready to use.
  • Now to make soup, take a wok and  heat up the oil, add onion and garlic and saute for a minute.

  • Add hot water to the tomato mixture, add all the vegetables and raw macaroni. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until macaroni is cooked.
  • Now add the cornstarch and water mixture and cook until the soup thickens. Cornstarch helps the soup to get thicker and will become a good texture of soup.
